This website, ‘www.adawliahstore.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by aDawliah Electronics Company (referred to as "aDawliah” or “we” or “our” or “us") is provided as a service to you (the “Service”) and is intended to allow its users to browse and/or order products and other goods or services (the “Products”). As a user of this Website (referred to as "you” or “your"), you agree that your use of this Website for any reason, including any transactions you make ("use” or “using") is subject to our terms and conditions mentioned below.

We strongly recommend that you:

- Read these Terms carefully before using www.adawliahstore.com.
- Print a copy for future reference.
- Also read our Privacy Policy section regarding your Personal Information.


1. General

aDawliah reserves the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be considered to have taken place when posted on www.adawliahstore.com (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the Terms on each occasion you use www.adawliahstore.com. By accessing www.adawliahstore.com, registering an Account or using the Services offered by aDawliah on the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with all or any of the Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of www.adawliahstore.com.


2. Account and Registered User

2.1 You can order from www.adawliahstore.com and check out as a “Guest User”. However, In order to access certain functions of the Service, you must register and create an account on www.adawliahstore.com, secured by a password (the “Account”). Any Account so created is personal and exclusive to you and is non-transferable to any third party.

2.2 If you register and create an Account, you are a “Registered User”. To be a Registered User, you must be 21 years of age and must provide true and accurate information (including your name, date of birth, e-mail address, credit/debit card details and other details) as requested during the Account creation process. Subject to applicable law.

2.3 It is your responsibility to provide true and accurate information when you register at
www.adawliahstore.com in addition to updating these information whenever needed. It is your responsibility to keep your Account private and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. If you have any questions about Account or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately (see Contact Us for more information and contact details).


3. Payment

3.1 Online payment is the only method you can use to pay for your orders, and that can be through credit or debit card (“Card”) at the time we receive the order for the related Product(s), after we have checked your Card details. However; We would also accept cash payment for some exceptional orders such as Pre-order as mentioned in section 5 below. Products will be supplied subject to availability. In case we are unable to supply the Products, and you have already paid for the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.

3.2 If you chose Knet as your favoured payment method, we will direct you to the Knet payment gateway where you will be asked to enter your Card details (e.g. card number, expiration date, & pin code) to ensure that your Card is not being used without your consent. Alternatively, you will be directed to the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service website (MiGS) to enter your Card details (e.g. card number, expiration date & pin code) when you chose Visa/MasterCard as your preferred payment method. During the order process, we may verify your name, address, and other Personal Information provided by you against appropriate third party databases. You agree to such tests being made by accepting the Terms. Your Personal Information may be shared to a registered Credit Reference Agency (Knet or MiGS) while conducting such tests, which may keep a record of that information. These process are done only to confirm your identity and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All details you provided will be handled safely and strictly in compliance with the applicable law.

3.4 The price you pay for the Products ordered, subject to the following exceptions, is the price shown on
www.adawliahstore.com at the time your order is created. Although we try to make sure that all prices of the Products on www.adawliahstore.com are mentioned correctly, it is possible that errors may occur. If we notices an error in the price of Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel such order. We shall consider the order as cancelled if we failed to contact you. If you cancel and have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund.

3.5 Payment can be made by any method specified at

3.6 Risk of loss or damage to any Products you order on
www.adawliahstore.com shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products at the address provided with your confirmed order or on the date of first attempted delivery by us, however subject to us having received full payment for the Products.

3.7 All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include taxes (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

3.8 We offer our customers the option to pay for the Products ordered by Card upon delivery at their address, should they opt for such service during the placement of order/checkout. However, any such payment on delivery shall be subject to the following:

3.8.1 Card shall be presented to our authorized driver for collection on the spot prior to
receiving delivery of the Products ordered. A mobile payment terminal will be available with our driver to pay by Card (KNet, Visa/Mastercard).

3.8.2  The driver will hand over the Products with the invoice and the delivery note.
Upon receipt of full payment.

3.8.3  Payments by cheque or gift vouchers or discount coupons are not accepted in place of Card when using Payment on Delivery option (Discount Coupons if applicable, should be applied prior to checkout).

3.8.4 To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to delivery.

3.8.5 Customer shall not withhold ordered Products on credit. Payment should be made at delivery of Products ordered. It may be noted that the person taking delivery of the Products should be the User who had ordered the Products or his/her authorized person, providing sufficient evidence of such authorization.

3.8.6 In case you are not at the address given by you at the time of delivery, the driver will wait at the address mentioned for a grace period of one hour with your ordered Products. If contacting you failed at that time, will prompt him to depart and a call will be made again later in the day. Should that fail, the order will be returned for another attempt on the following day.

3.8.8 In case our drivers are unable to reach the customer within 24 hours of placing the order; it will automatically be considered as cancelled.

3.8.9 Payment on Delivery option is not available for all Products and Products covered under the Pre-Order category, but is available for select Products as can be seen on the Website during your purchase of Products.


4. Deals and Promotions

4.1 Online discount sales/ promotional sales are available from time to time towards those Products that are shown as such on the Website,. Sale of such Products shall be subject to the terms and conditions as shown for those Products on the Website at the time of such sale and also the Terms mentioned herein. In the event of any inconsistency being noticed between the terms of such discount sales/promotional sales and the Terms specified herein, aDawliah reserves the right to interpret and clarify any such inconsistency. Any decision taken by aDawliah in this regard shall be final and binding.

4.2 Discount Coupons: we may issue Discount Coupons from time to time as part of our promotional activities, which can be redeemed, subject to the following;

4.2.1 Discount Coupons issued by us can be redeemed only at
www.adawliahstore.com, unless otherwise mentioned.

4.2.2 Discount Coupons are valid only during the promotional periods for which they are issued.

4.2.3 Discount Coupons are valid from their date of issue until the mentioned expiry date.

4.2.4 Discount Coupons must be used prior to checkout when being used for online ordering.

4.2.5 It may be noted that a Discount Coupon cannot be used twice or partially used or exchanged for shopping credit.

4.2.6 Only one Discount Coupon can be used per order/online transaction. However, it may be noted that multiple Product purchases using one Discount Coupon is allowed.

4.2.7 All Discount Coupons issued are valid for use in Kuwait only.

4.2.8 We reserve the right to exclude without any advance notice, the use of Discount Coupons on special limited-time promotions that we offer on the Website from time to time.


5. Pre-Orders

Prior to the launch of new Products, It is likely that we may, allow the Users to reserve such Products in advance, however subject to the following conditions (Pre-Order’);

5.1 Your Pre-Order is also subject to the Terms.

5.2 You can find the official launch date for your pre-ordered Product on our Website and on the Product page.

5.3 We will start delivering Pre-Orders on the day of the advertised Product launch date, provided we have received 50% of the payment for such Pre-Order
provided that the other 50% shall be paid when the ordered is delivered. Standard Delivery timelines will commence as soon as the pre-ordered Product is available.

5.4 Payment for the Pre-Ordered Product will need to be made along with the Pre-Order.

5.5 Return or replacement of Pre-Ordered Products cannot be made, unless made in accordance with the Return Policy mentioned at Section 6 herein below.

5.6 Active online discount promotions running during a period that is prior to the release date of the Pre-Order shall not apply on the Pre-Ordered Product. Online discount promotions shall not apply on products which release date does not coincide with the promotion.


6. Return Policy

We are committed to selling high quality Products that we hope you enjoy using. Nonetheless we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be occasions when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. You must therefore make sure that you check your Products carefully at the time of delivery before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your delivery receipt and copy of your order as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

Goods once sold can be replaced for other goods or full value refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All sizes and measurements of the Products are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. It may be occasionally possible that the Product specification from the manufacturer may change or we may have trouble with the supply of certain Products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not satisfied with the replacement or substitute, you can return such Products in accordance with the conditions of this Section 6 or opt for either gift coupons or an exchange Product for the amount you had initially paid.

If you change your decision within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase of the Products, we may accept return of such Products or allow their replacement, subject to the following terms and conditions:

6.1  The product has to be at its original packing when purchased and in sealable condition and returned with its complete packing and accessories

6.2 The Products to be returned or replaced do have a defect, do not comply with the specifications applicable at Kuwait, or if the existing defect cannot be made good without affecting the quality of such Products. If the quality of the Products will not be compromised, we may have the right to reject replacement or return of such Products.

6.3  Products can be replaced or returned if they are not genuine or are counterfeit. It may be noted that we do not charge any extra fee for the return or replacement of Products.

6.4  We may have the right of not accepting the return or replacement of Products, if they were sold during special promotions and/or sales.

6.5 You may note that refunds are made in the same manner as you made the purchase or you have the option to accept gift coupons or exchange Product for the amount you had initially paid, as you may choose to specify when you contact our customer service centre.

6.7 You may also note that refunds made on Knet, MasterCard, MIGs or Visa may take up to 7 Days



8. Warranty Terms & Conditions

All Products purchased from www.adawliahstore.com will be covered with Sale Warranty (as shown in table (1) below). The extended warranty program “Aman” if purchased by you, will be considered in addition to the Sale warranty gained from manufacturer.


8.1  aDawliah Sales Warranty: it is the free warranty provided by the manufacturer. Products purchased from www.adawliahstore.com would be covered for different warrant periods according to the table below:

Acoustic Drums, Woodwind, Brass instruments, String Instruments and Guitars are excluded from the aDawliah Sales Warranty.

aDawliah Sales Warranty does not cover accessories, consumables items, broken sets, miss usage, keyboards, charger, batteries, lamps, remote controls, damages caused by liquid found on the device or power fluctuation in case of generators used, transportations, re installations or re configuration.

Warranty on Pianos covers only internal mechanism parts, and does not cover the body.

Warranty on speaker drivers is for one time replacement only during the warranty one year period.

Warranty VOID if product is repaired or opened by un-authorized service center.

Warranty does not cover the site visit charges.

The same terms and conditions of Warranty are applied in case of Extended Warranty.


8.2. Extended Warranty Program “Aman”: It is the devise plan and protection that the customer pays for and benefits from inside Kuwait only. It begins upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty.

This program covers the part, or parts replacement or repair whenever necessary. The warranty does not cover time or damage to personal properties, loss of revenues or other damages resulting there from, as it does not include repairs of damage incurred due to misuse or leakage of liquids to the electronic appliance, or due to falling in water, fire, theft, damages, accessories, also it does not cover repairing products not included in the warranty (unless and only to the extent that any of the foregoing is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty).

To benefit from “Aman” program, the repair shall be performed only in aDawliah Service Center. The Service Center will diagnose the fault and then will have the right to repair or compensate the devise according to the repair cost and unit condition.

The warranty request may not be cancelled, returned or transferred to another appliance.

Warranty covers all manufacture faults including mechanical and electrical failures only that occur during normal use and 100% parts and labour with zero deductibles including the costs of transporting the device from to the workshop.

This warranty does not cover consumables as well as any lost parts. The “Aman” program does not apply to the following:

• Any damage resulting from shipping or transit.

• Any damage caused by breaking the device intentionally or unintentionally.

• Instruments repaired at an outside aDawliah service center.

• Any damage resulting from misuse, unnatural use, deliberate negligence or control, in correct installation or use of improper transformers.

• Instruments of which the serial numbers were changed, or removed in whole or in part.

• Any damage resulting from fires arising from any world war, revolutions and natural disasters.

• Shifting and re-install the device.

• If the device is lost or stolen.

To claim your repair, you should:

1. Take your set to aDawliah service center.

2. Declare that your set has “Aman” warranty for the extension of the manufacture warranty.

3. Present the unit invoice.

4. aDawliah will diagnose the problem and give a description either to repair or compensate the customer.

8.3. Accidental Damage Warranty: It covers the unexpected or unplanned damage to a product causing improper of use for one year only from the date of the product purchase within the state of Kuwait only. 

Accidental Damage Warranty is available for all products sold only by aDawliah point of sales and covered with manufacture warranty. 

Fire, Theft protection and Liquid contamination not covered with every Accidental damage warranty.

This policy does not cover externally – attached devices, components, accessories, cases, or wiring classified as “accessories” or “consumables” including but not limited to: Batteries, light bulbs, memory disks or disk, disposable memory devices, carrying cases, or any other components not internal to the Products. Accidental Damage Protection does not cover any Software or Virus malfunctions and shifting device from one place to another.

We will not handle any responsibility to any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, liability or damages for loss or corruption of data or software, personal injury, death, other indirect loss due to product failure, or any and all incidental, indirect special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. 

Our liability to pay a claim under the Policy is excluded to damage caused by fire, earthquake or natural disasters, rains, animals, pets, intentional acts, liquids spill inside the device and misuse etc.

If the product incurs to Accidental Damage, during the period of cover, company has the right to repair or offer Total loss of the product and the customer will pay 25% of the accidental repair cost. The decision to repair or Total Loss lies solely with aDawliah service center. We reserve the right to obtain an assessment and evaluation report in the event of any claim. 25% will be deducted from product price in case of Total Loss due to above reasons.

Company has the right either replacing the faulty unit with another new / same or different model device after deducting 25% as depreciation from the original purchase price mentioned in the invoice and the customer should pay the difference if required or will be issued a credit voucher after deducting the 25% as depreciation from the original purchase price invoiced as well.

Company has the right to consider the faulty / damage Product as a Total loss, when the repair cost is considered as uneconomical or when the repair cost exceeds the original purchase cost after depreciation. The beneficiary claim is subject to replacement with the same model which is subject to 25% deductible from the device replacement value as purchase price on the form of credit voucher. With this compensation taking place, the Accidental Damage Warranty plan is considered void and cannot be used for further claims

A Policy can’t be cancelled or retuned separately.

Accidental Warranty Insurance Does not Cover

1. Any products located outside of the Territorial limits.

2. Accidental warranty on Pianos covers only internal mechanism parts and body. Paint or scratches on body will not be covered under this program.

3. Any damage to the product that is cosmetic only or otherwise does not affect Product functionality. Under this Agreement, we are not obligated to repair wear and tear on the Product and other superficial items, such as scratches and dents that do not materially impair your use of the Product.

4. If product opened by un-authorized service center other than aDawliah service center. 

5. Failure of the Product caused by mechanical or electrical breakdown not resulting from Accidental Damage.

6. Any product that is damaged by fire from an external source or that is intentionally damaged, and liquid spilled on set.

7. Under this agreement we do not provide you any recovery service or transfer of data stored in the product 

8. Any damages arising from acts of God or natural disasters.

To repair a device under warranty, the following terms shall be followed:

1. Delivery of repaired equipment will be made only against return of this Repair Job Card.

2. Fixed labour charges as decided by Service Centre will be charged for any job done on the equipment.

3. Old and defective parts of customer’s equipment are destroyed / thrown and hence cannot be returned.

4. Service center will charge for diagnose the customer’s equipment in advance, and these fees is nonrefundable and only can be adjusted from the total repair invoice.

5. Repair guarantee on repair will be one month on the same fault and parts replaced except speakers / Drivers.

6. Delivery should be taken within 90 days from the date of completion of work or from the date of informing the estimate. The company shall not be responsible for any set that remains in the workshop for more than 90 days.

7. 50% down payment will be collected in advance before proceed the repair in case of high estimation. And this payment will be adjusted from the total repair invoice.

8. All sales invoice warranty terms and conditions for products will be applied as well in case of repair.

9. In case customer request to deliver and install the equipment on site, additional charges will be applied.

10. In case of outside calls / Service, service center will charge for diagnose the customer’s equipment in advance, and these fees is nonrefundable and only can be adjusted from the total repair invoice.

11. Service Center is not responsible for the third party applications or any data stored in the unit during repair / update the software. Keeping copy of these data is customer responsibility.

9. Home Delivery

To order from www.adawliahstore.com and have your order home delivered, browse the products in the website and add the chosen one(s) into your shopping cart and go through the payment process. We deliver anywhere in Kuwait for FREE for orders that are KD 20 and above. Orders below 20 KD are subject to a KD 2 delivery charge.

The more specific the address details you provide us, the shorter the delivery time would be. Orders usually take 2-3 working days (except Friday) to be delivered. We also offer an Express Delivery services through which orders are delivered within one working day or 2 days in weekend with extra charge of KD 3. We make every effort to deliver Products within the mentioned delivery period, however, occasional delays are possible due to unavoidable circumstances. aDawliah shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery period. You will have the opportunity to review, change, update, or add delivery address details every time you place an order. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend’s delivery address.
